The first-floor apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom with a small walk-in closet as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Start your day with a coffee on the sunny private balcony with a wonderful view of the distinctive “Rosengarten” mountain chain and the adjacent vine stocks. The second balcony goes out to the other side and has a dining table. In the shared garden with seating furniture, you can enjoy the sun next to apple trees and spend the evenings after a day out in the open countryside or exploring the city. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive (1.7 km) away, as well as a winery (a 5-minute drive or 2.2 km), while restaurants and cafés can be reached after a 10-minute walk (750 m). The vibrant centre of Bolzano with beautiful streets, squares, restaurants, bars and cafés is a 12-minute drive (3.7 km) from the apartment, but it can also be reached by bus in 10 minutes. The bus stop is a 12-minute walk away. A cable car, which takes you up a mountain and past some vineyards, can be reached after an 11-minute drive (3.7 km). From there you will have an amazing view over the city and the mountain landscape. Many hiking and biking routes start close to the apartment, which are a must for outdoor enthusiasts. Merano, famous for its many spa resorts, is located a 30-minute drive (29 km) from Bolzano and is certainly worth a visit. The closest international airport lies outside of Innsbruck, across the Austrian border, and can be reached after a one-hour-and-45-minute drive (128 km).
