The brand new 40 sqm apartment in Palazzo Cavour, opened in December 2022, is located in the heart of Bolzano and is the ideal accommodation for a small family of up to 3 people.

This inviting residence combines luxurious comfort with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Right next to the kitchen is a cozy sofa bed that serves as comfortable seating during the day and transforms into a comfortable bed at night.

This stylish apartment offers:

Dining/living area with a sofa bed

Fully equipped designer kitchen

1 bedroom with king-size bed

1 bathroom with large shower.
