Staff very pleasant and helpful. Paid to upgrade to a larger room which was spacious. However, areas hadn't been cleaned (dusty/cobwebs). No toilet in main bathroom so one small toilet. No mirrors in bed room, only 1 in main bathroom for an apartment thay sleeps max 6. Decent stay but maybe a little expensive considering the above. Wouldn't say its a four star hotel

Wow. What a unique experience. Our room was absolutely adorable and the service was top notch. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel, but only because it’s hidden as a boutique right in the middle of the best area in Vienna. Highly recommend!

I originally had another hotel in mind, but the price kept climbing. I checked repeatedly, hoping it would come back down, but eventually I booked Hotel Motto with some hesitation. I had been imagining a more traditional luxury experience—something with a spa where I could really feel pampered. What a wonderful surprise! The room was absolutely adorable, and the décor was incredibly chic. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, and the personal touches made the experience feel special. Honestly, it felt like I had stepped into a movie and was the main character. I hadn't traveled to Europe in decades, so I put a lot of pressure on this trip and wanted everything to be perfect (even though I know that's impossible). Hotel Motto exceeded my expectations. Location was convenient, lively and fun. I loved my stay, have absolutely no regrets, and would happily return. I'll definitely be back! Je ne regrette rien . Thank you!
