"We are a family of 5 so had to book 2 rooms. They managed to allocate rooms close to each other. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. The reception was manned at full level at 23:30, which was very impressive. The staff were excellent. The building & amenities look a bit dated, but for the price we paid, we can’t complain. Will stay there again if needed."

"I was in a standard room. Felt safe, slept well. Modern bathroom, very good shower. Surprised no mini fridge - staff confirmed standard rooms do not have fridges. Air Con wasn’t working. Breakfast was plentiful, good selection of hot and cold, though quality is standard, not luxurious . Staff at reception and in breakfast room were excellent. Nothing too much trouble. "

"No staff Andy did not see. Bathroom was a DIY nightmare. Cooker oven broken. Wall paper falling off on stairs. Must have been the smallest room double bed with foot space around edge . Could only open bathroom door half way because of space in room 3 "

"Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub which was incredibly creepy. I had contacted expedia to get some sort of refund but the owner was ignoring all of their correspondence. DO NOT go here... it's not worth it. "
