「It is the most beautiful castle with well appointed rooms with sitting rooms right outside your room. Very atmospheric. The town is on your door step and the best food we have eaten in a month of travelling Italy. The trattoria da picchietto. Love love love it」

「The hosts really care about you and your stay. We had a lovely two nights here whilst on s tour of a few different places in Italy. They have put a lot of thought into the style of the rooms which you don’t get with a lot of standard hotels. We were offered a welcome drink in our room or by the pool which obviously we chose wine by the pool. A gorgeous setting inside and out.」

「The setting is just gorgeous - gardens, vegetation and the building exterior. Very spacious well-kept grounds with access (via a steep path) to the lake-side and the peaceful and secluded private beach. Lovely pool area and decent-sized well-maintained pool. The apartment interior was spacious and rustic - fairly basic but authentic farmhouse furnishings. The only negative thing to say would be that it could have been cleaner.」
