Arrival & Departure
A security deposit is required upon arrival, payable by credit card only. It will be refunded after the inventory check on your departure day.
A tourist tax is applicable per person, per day, for guests aged 18 and over.
Check-in is from 5 p.m.
Check-out is until 10 a.m.
Please note that young groups and parties are not permitted.

Ski Equipment Rental: A full range of equipment packs for adults and children, categorized by skill level, is available for various durations. Pre-sale purchase is required at least 3 days before your arrival.
Laundry Service: A laundry service is available.
Breakfast: Must be ordered by 6:30 p.m. the day before and is served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Bakery Service: Orders must be placed by 6:30 p.m. the day before and can be picked up in the breakfast room from 8 a.m.
Early Check-in: An early check-in service is offered.
Covered Parking: Available by reservation and subject to availability, with a maximum height of 1.90m and a limit of one vehicle per unit.
Equipment Rental: Raclette and fondue machines can be rented.

The service ‘beds made on arrival’ cannot be pre-booked.
