The "Industrial Design Suite" is a perfect accommodation for romantic stays, visits to the historical center of Bologna, the trade fair area or the well-known hospital centers and consists of:
- Loft bedroom with 1 queen-size double bed;
- Relaxation area equipped with queen-size double sofa bed with memory foam mattress, two-door closet, chest of drawers and shoe rack ;
- Generously sized bathroom complete with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine; there is also a handy clothes rack and iron with ironing board.
- Spacious living area used in part as a dining room with direct access to the super-equipped kitchen, complete with a 2-seater single sofa bed, dining table for 4 that can be extended to seat 8, and latest generation LG 4K Smart-TV with Netflix and YouTube, to entertain even the youngest children.
- The new and well-lit kitchen is equipped with professional equipment with a four-plate induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, kettle, of course a complete set of recently renovated pots, pans, plates and cutlery for preparing any kind of dish.
Coffee with Nespresso machine and assorted pods, tea and herbal teas are offered. The apartment has a furnished work area with laptop desk, ergonomic chair and free ultra-fast Wi-Fi perfect for smart working. The apartment has both central heating with thermoregulable valves that allow you to adjust the temperature of each room according to your needs and a Daikin air conditioner with heat pump (hot/cold).

For those who decide to arrive by car, it is possible to conveniently find parking in one of the many paid public parking lots in the area.

- It is possible to check in in the afternoon from 16:00.
- It is possible to check out by 11:00 am.
- Early check-in and Late check-out upon request.
- You can still drop off your luggage from 12:00 noon.
- For stays over 29 nights, an additional fee is required for contract registration.
