"This is a good, solid, clean, well-run hotel at the level of 3 or 4 stars. It presents itself as a FIVE-star hotel, however, and that is "false advertising." It lacks air conditioning, for instance, and thus exposes guests to the heat that the intense high-altitude sun produces in North-facing rooms. Moreover, it clearly shows its age; no signs of recent upgrades. Thus, it is clearly not a top, luxury hotel & does not deserve 5 stars. 3 or maybe 4 stars -- that is its level."
"This hotel has been great value for money. Centrally located, safe to walk to and from. Close to El Prado, La Paz´s main venue. Breakfast is good, staff are very helpful, beds are comfortable and the shower in the morning is hot (pressure can be an issue). Persons with respiratory/mobility challenges may find Aspiazu and Guachaya (the two streets that lead to the Hotel) difficult as they are quite a steep uphill walk."
"We stayed as a family of four (2 adults and 2 young children). The room was great for what we needed, really clean and nice warm beds.
The location is perfect, really central and you can walk to the most main places.
I dont think the pictures show how beautiful the breakfast area is, the views are stunning. There was also a great selection for breakfast"
"This is a great idea to have a hub in the airport. It is modern and suitably equipped. Couple crticisms, stairs to 1st floor dangerous without fall protection when carrying cases. Also, the room is very warm. Aside from this, fit for purpose."
