「There was a double booking issue (Expedia mistakenly did two different bookings) the front desk was so helpful! And understood and is refunding the second prepayment. Great staff and the remodel is beautiful! The quietest Best Western I've ever stayed at! I will definitely stay again if I pass through there again! Will stau again」

「We stayed here for the nostalgia, it’s been 25 years since we came to the Thunderbird and it didn’t disappoint! I’m pretty sure the pool was closed then too - but we weren’t there to swim and it’s not advertised as having a pool. We just enjoyed the humor of it all. The room was clean and the guy who checked us in was friendly. If you’re looking for luxury, then pay quadruple the price and stay elsewhere!
