Nestled in an idyllic garden setting, Art Garden Cottage is a spacious, ground-level apartment near downtown Boise. Boasting private entrances and fully furnished living quarters, every inch of Art Garden Cottage has been curated for your comfort. The interior has been elegantly adorned with the perfect mix of modern appliances, warm wood finishes, and an amazing collection of artwork. Rest assured that there is more than enough for your entire family as the cottage has a spacious main living area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a designated exercise area. Additional interior amenities inside include central air-conditioning, Wifi, Cable TV, a private washer/dryer, and free on-site parking.

Outside, the enclosed yard displays a garden, outdoor patio, firepit, and gas grill. Nearby, appreciate having easy access to I-84, Boise State University, the Village, Boise Townsquare, and the downtown Connecter to Boise and Treasure Valley destinations.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is a ramped rear entry for luggage offload and mobility challenges.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good for the price point

Parking was a little confusing. You’ll park in front of the art collective on the address street. Bring what you need if you plan to cook and hang out in the space. The furniture felt like leftovers and some of it is a little wiggly. The yard needs a little love and should have furniture guests can sit in. Bad timing as they did flood-watering the day we were there so the yard was unusable.
