This rental has enough room for the family to spread out with tastefully designed and comfortable living space.

Living Room: Relax on the comfortable couch furnished with a beautiful smart 4K 65" TV equipped with built-in Roku so you can ensure that you are caught on all of your favorite movies and TV shows.

Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, a coffee station (coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar), a full spice rack, knives, a dishwasher, and all the appliances you will need to enjoy your vacation.

Laundry Room: There is a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets available for your convenience

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom w/ ensuite has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed. For your convenience, there is also a large 4K Roku TV for all your streaming needs. In the closet, you will find an air mattress, luxury robes, as well as a travel crib!
Bedroom 2: The second guest bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed with a 32' smart TV.
Bedroom 3: The third guest bedroom has a double over twin-sized bunk bed to make sure everyone has a place to sleep along with 32' smart TV.

Bathrooms: Each bathroom has a full shower and one with a tub. They are fully stocked with salon-grade shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Dark make-up washcloths are present for your convenience.

WiFi: Very fast High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home. There are available ethernet ports throughout the home if you would like to connect directly to the modem.

Backyard: Relax under the sun, or watch the kids run around the fenced large, open backyard. There is also a large table with chairs to dine outside and enjoy company. Please don't forget there is also a large common area in the neighborhood that anyone is welcome to use!

Parking: There is plenty of parking available. Two cars may fit in the garage and there is also street parking available in front of the development.

• Parties are not allowed
