The hotel was great. From the service and the room to the Osaki restaurant, my stay at the DC Artisan was awesome. The Chapinero area is also a wonderful area to walk around and there are many superb restaurants to choose from.

Very comfortable hotel!

This hotel was wonderful! The beds/linens were so soft and comfortable. Very clean rooms with excellent hot water and amenities. The breakfast buffet and made to order items were the highlight for my kids. The lobby bar was convenient. It is located in a residential area not close to any touristy sights. However, it was quiet with ample restaurants within walking distance. Ubers are very inexpensive to take you anywhere you need to go.

Loved the stay in Bogotá

Our stay at the artisan DC was amazing. I loved the styling of the rooms and the ambiance in general. The bar was very cozy and all the staff was so friendly and kind. They helped us with luggage storage and transportation from and to the hotel. The breakfast was amazing too, lots of options to choose from. I recommend this hotel to everyone that wants to be in a central and safe area. There are plenty of restaurants around. We also went to their sister hotel Marriott On T zone to celebrate Christmas and I recommend them too. The service and food were top notch.

An excellent stay

This place is really great. The friendly and helpful staff could not do enough to make sure every need is catered for. It is located in a good part of Bogota with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

For being a luxury hotel, it was not what I expected. The room was small. The gym was average. For the amount of money that I was charged per night, it was not worth the money.

The property was nice. The room much smaller than it appeared in photos. The air conditioning system made a high pitch noise when it was on. Also it seems that the bathroom pipes needed cleaning as there was a strong odor emanating from it.

Honest and helpful staff, solid accommodations

Everything about our stay was quite nice—except for one thing, but I’ll get into that later. The staff was responsive, honest, and helpful. The food at breakfast was delicious. The room was small but well-maintained and comfortable. All in all, A+ service. The ONLY drawback was that our toilet constantly smelled as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned in awhile. It also didn’t flush very well, and it got clogged once, but the hotel team took care of the clog quickly and got us back up and running in no time. We would definitely recommend staying here.

I stopped in Bogota for 3 nights before heading to Bolivia. Couldn’t have picked a better hotel. The staff were amazing, very helpful and super friendly. The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to many great restaurants and just a 20 minute drive from La Candelaria. The lounge is cvery comfy and the restaurant has some great food too. Would highly recommend this hotel.
