A Very cozy place in Chapineros.

It was quite relaxing. The stuff there was incredibly friendly. I totally recommend this hotel.

Wonderful staff, very helpful, Room was clean, quiet, hot shower. Wish it had hot water at the sink for shaving. Other than that, a wonderful yet quaint place to be.

Great location, description not correct

People were friendly & helpful, but the room I was in the first night was not very good (worst in the hotel) I had to pay more to upgrade to a better room. The description is not correct for this hotel. There is no bar or restaurant or sauna. Very good location though.

The property was not at all as described. There is no spa, no sauna, no bar, no café. All the photographs are old. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the place feels like it has seen much better days. Shower was cold. Waterproof mattress cover was uncomfortable.

This property is grossly misrepresented on the site. There is no restaurant, no bar, no room service, no sauna and it was in terrible condition. I left the property immediately, and found other accommodations. It should be updated to reflect the complete absence of amenities!

The listing states it had a bar and a spa on site, neither is true. It stated it was next to a shopping center, again not true. The mattress was so bad our backs & joints hurt. The shower head had frayed and exposed wires which caused concerns about electricution. Then the water never got hot and only stayed luke warm for a few minutes. We were given 2 towels but one was paper thin and you could not put toilet paper in the toilet or it would stop up. The fridge would not work and there was only one overhead light. It may be lgtbq friendly, but I don't know many gays who would be happy staying there. I guess you get what you pay for. The friendly staff did not make up for the poor accommodations. No wonder it was such a good price.

Gostei da localização. O atendimento foi bom. Inclusive me deixaram fazer o check out bem mais tarde do que o horário. O ruim mesmo é a higiene. Tinha um tufo de pelos na privada e a geladeira estava com um cheiro insuportável. Quase vomitei quando abri. O chuveiro não esquenta direito. Sai pouca água quando estava na temperatura do meu gosto.

There was a bad odor from either the walls or the sewer system. Also I think the hotel shouls have at list a small cafeteria and areas were you can meet other passangers and socialize. The staff is all women and also kind of intimidating for gay closeted man specially local gay and bisexual married man.Never the less staff was very nice and polite.

Don't stay here

It was horrible. There is nothing gay except the flag on the front desk. There is a loud bar on the roof. There was no breakfast at all. There was no consistent hot water. No one spoke English at all. I have nothing positive to say at all
