「AMAZING 」

「Check in was haphazard ,we were informed 14.00 hrs but the employee when he arrived said it was15.00.the property was well kept but some of the other guests were very noisy slamming doors with no respect for other occupants」

「Cannot fault this property at all, the hosts are so welcoming and love that you get a tour around the facilities. We booked the spa for my partners birthday and it is a little slice of heaven! Then we played a few games of pool in the bar/lounge area before heading to our room. The area is great, permit parking super easy outside the property, and great recommendation for breakfast the following day (Farm Kitchen). 「Everything was great !! Well renovated, cozy room, delicious full english breakfast, a beautiful garden, two friendly cats……, hugely heartwarming hospitality by the gentle owner above all ! Her “Anything else can I help for you? ” always encouraged me so much. Very sad at leaving.」

「We were in Room 4 on the top floor which was their largest one and had an ensuite bathroom. It was clean with a comfortable bed. We had a small issue with the shower temperature but after reaching out to the House Manager by text, it was repaired quickly while we were out. The only difficulty was parking (as in most areas of Brighton and Hove) but we were lucky to find a space not too far from the guest house. 「Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay 」
