「Clean room, Nice and clean Pool, all staff are great, helpful and friendly, break fast is fantastic.」

「Amazing Hotel❤️ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful new hotel! Everything was amazing, and the atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. The restaurant was fantastic, and the service was truly exceptional. A very special thank you to Erkan, who always provided the best service with a warm smile. He made us feel so welcome and special throughout our stay. The entire team treated us like VIP guests, making our experience even more memorable. The hospitality, attention to detail,...

「Restaurants we not available everyday the Steakhouse was open like 1 day when I was there for a week.」

「Mixed stay overall. Food was excellent with great variety, and most staff were friendly and accommodating. Beach and it's facilities very good also. Sandy with loads of sunbeds. However, reception handled our bed issue poorly: our Expedia booking wasn’t clear about needing to request a double, and we felt dismissed and rushed when changing rooms. New room was good over all, aircon was effective but lacked basic touches such as separate shampoo, conditioner, and cosmetic kits. Facilities and...

「Loved the Topkapi theme all over the resort which traditional Turkish palace vibe. Pools were super clean and well maintained. Some areas of the resort shows wear and tear including pool slides, RINO club and the pathways but nothing extreme. Food variety and quality was exceptional and the service from each and every staff member. We need an extra bedsheet at 2am and we called room service. It was delivered within minutes. Awesome!! Staff familiarity with English language can be improved and...

「I believe that this time stay, our summer holiday, was the best. The hotel offers fantastic cuisine, amenities, and so on. The most important thing is that hotel hosts, Handan hanim and Silllet bay, offered us warm and professional services. Thanks to their excellent hospitality, we could make our memorable holiday. Besides, the hotel rooms and facilities are great. I strongly recommend a stay here.」
