Our stay was actually canceled due to a malfunction the property experienced a couple days prior to our travel. We were given a full refund, however, With that perspective And having booked this location several months in advance with very much excitement for the whole family, disappointed that even in the aftermath, while the owners and manager presumably resolved the issue, there was no follow up to invite us to return to the property or other gesture to acknowledge our own situation. For instance, our son was devastated that he wasn’t gonna get to sleep on the bunkbeds after telling everybody for months about it. Even just advice about finding another place to stay on short notice would have helped
