"We loved our stay here and would recommend it for a couple of novelty nights. The treehouse is great for a family adventure, but do bear in mind the height and stairs. The location is beautiful and quiet in the middle of woodland. The treehouse is built around the tree (which grows through the room) and supported on stilts rather than harming the tree. "First off, I cannot fault the host, Marie, who was warm and welcoming when we arrived and was quick to respond to any issues we had during our stay. The property is very much as per the pictures in the listing with the upstairs being light and airy but the downstairs is rather dark. Although we didn't use it, the games room looked like it could be fun and give older children a space of their own. The pool is great. It is clean and well maintained and Marie's husband comes by every other day to check it out.The location is good and generally peaceful, although the road running next to the property is used as a bit of a cut through. We have stayed in rural France many times so know what to expect but we did at least expect to be able to find an open restaurant in one of the neighbouring towns. Perhaps it was the time of the year we went as many were closed for all or a large part of August. The addition of WiFi would boost the overall review score and be a big help to those without unlimited data roaming."

"Very friendly staff and room very clean. Lovely setting with each room having its own terrace. Dog friendly and there is a great public open space on the other side of the road where dogs can be exercised. Unfortunately we could not use the restaurant because a wedding party was using it. However good restaurants nearby and good room service meant this did not detract too much."
