「We received a room upgrade due to being assigned the wrong room upon arrival. The room was brand new and large with a comfortable bed and huge bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant meals were excellent with good portions. And the pool with the swim up bar was a welcome treat. portions. 」

The quality of the rooms was outstanding for the level of the hotel; we couldn't understand the low score given by others, even more so when compared to other hotels in the area. I think it is fair to say this is one of the best options in the area, as we spent a couple of weeks jumping from hotel to hotel due to the lack of rooms during Christmas 」

「Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Zum Badezimmer gibt es keine Tür. Aus der Dusche kommt leider kein richtiger Strahl. Leider ist es, dadurch das die Inhaber mit 2 Kindern dort sind relativ laut. Für uns war dadurch die Nacht um 7 Uhr beendet. Leider gibt es keine Rezeption oder Security. An allen 3 Seiten wird leider noch gebaut. Die Anlage ist aber sonst sehr schön. Fussläufig gibt es ein Over Water Restaurant/Bar. Vor dem Hotel ist ein kleiner Sandstrand und man kann hier surfen und...

「Beware! This hotel is not in central Bocas Town, even though that is where the Expedia map and the "View in a map" function shows the hotel to be. The hotel is actually on Isla Pastores, which is at least a 30 min boat ride from Bocas Town. The hotel is not at all convenient for the main Bocas del Toro attractions, such as snorkeling, surfing, Starfish beach, Red Frog beach, Zapatilla Islands, etc. The hotel appears to be trying to lure customers into thinking that it is centrally located....
