"The hotel was right in the centre of town and our room overlooked the Market Square and the church. Extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Short stay parking was very close but it was a five minute walk to long stay parking. Building works going on on the front of the hotel at the time but that did not disturb us in any way"

"We were travelling from Norwich to Chippenham for a funeral. We stayed overnight at this hotel and we recommend it it totally - great staff, great room, a bar to have a drink before we turned in. Next morning, a well cooked breakfast with plenty of choice - the whole stay met our needs perfectly"

"Great place to stay extremely polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was a lovely experience too. If i had to find a minus point it would be no black out blinds or curtauns in the rooms so as soon as the sun came up the venetian blinds hid nothing, but im just clutching at straws here.
