This three-story home is SMALL DOG APPROVED, and ideally laid and designed for families to gather together while still offering plenty of room to spread out. On the other side of the house, you'll find the spacious primary suite appointed with a KING bed and offering direct access to the rear screened porch where you can enjoy morning coffee and sunrise views of the marsh. The ensuite primary bathroom includes dual vanities, a luxe soaking tub and step-in shower. Conveniently located next to the primary bath, you'll find the main level laundry room with stack washer and dryer. This thoughtfully designed home includes laundry on 2 of the living levels.

The Marsh View House includes a 3-stop elevator for convenient access to every level. Upstairs the second level offers a wide open loft area, comfortably furnished for movie nights and with a small built-in bar area with bar sink and beverage center.
