When you book your stay, you'll enjoy access to many exclusive Palmetto Bluff Club amenities! ***Only exception is the Blackout Dates for Memorial Day Weekend & July Fourth Weekend!! These blackouts dates are controlled by the Palmetto Bluff Club and are subject to change at their discretion.

Club Access & Resort Registration
A $30 daily resort fee registers you with the Palmetto Bluff Club (registration opens 30 days before arrival). Fee collected at the time of booking.
Once registered, you'll receive an access card packet upon arrival (at front gate).
Use of club pools is $25 per person, per day (children 5 and under are free). Only pay for days when you use the facilities. One fee covers use at multiple pools being used in same day. Payment is taken by Pool Attendant at the time you enter pool.

Thanksgiving with Family

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful, clean, and accommodating home! It was the perfect setting for our Thanksgiving celebration. From booking, to providing a needed item, and everything in between was done with exceptional quality. Bikes and golf cart were there when we arrived. Helping with Tee times and helping us get horse back rides too. A great family home for visiting families close to town and walking paths through the woods.

Waterfront relaxation but poor property management

Great house and location near Moreland village amenities. But the property management company needs to get its act together. No check-in info was provided in advance. When I contacted them (an hour AFTER check-in time), I was told there would be a packet with the keys at the front gate, but the front gate had nothing. Finally reached the property manager who said door would be unlocked. Kept waiting for door code. Emails to property manager during our stay for unrelated questions were unanswered. Had to keep calling to follow up.

Great property…BUT

This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed at through VRBO. Extremely clean, well-stocked with provisions and thoughtful touches throughout. The “but” is that for most activities in PB when staying a short-term rental (versus staying Montage is being a member) you require a concierge service to book these for you. This includes most restaurants, activities and golf. Our concierge did not return emails or answer the number provided during the entire weekend which really limits the value of staying on-site. This property is a 10/10 if you don’t require access to on-premises restaurants, golf or tennis access. Otherwise, unless they fix the concierge process or outfit, I would recommend staying at the resort.

I can’t begin to cover all the fabulous amenities and the amazing assistance provided by the team at this Corley Street property in Palmetto Bluff! My family and I were there to celebrate our mother’s 80th birthday and the house and location provided everything we needed and more. The concierge and house liaison team were super responsive! The home is immaculate with such attention to design detail. We are already talking about returning again!

Great Experience!

This home and location is a gem! It is a new home and is beautifully decorated with outstanding finishes. The view over the water is breathtaking! The outdoor sitting area with fireplace is tremendous with a warm feeling particularly near the outdoor fireplace. The area is spectacular with about a 2 minute walk over to the village. Every part of the stay was just incredible. I am booking again for sure!

New Home with Abundant Outdoor Space

We couldn’t have asked for more.

We truly enjoyed our stay and felt like home. The home had everything we needed plus more. We enjoyed the comfort of the mattresses and the pillows. Everything was very clean. The community was super fun as well as accommodating. We hope to visit soon again.
