The guest house includes a kitchen with small refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, small appliances and coffee bar. Additionally, you'll find a spacious bedroom with KING bed, walk-in closet with custom built-ins, a sumptuously appointed FULL bath with stack W/D conveniently located in the hall nearby, and outdoor balcony for enjoying a cup of coffee and sunrise views. On the opposite side of the living area, you will find a second GUEST bedroom, with 2 TWIN beds, lounge area with TV, and cozy office space for remote working if need. Two TWIN sleepers are hidden within the living room's upholstered ottomans.
