**Nightly Rates $135 - $215** Pappaw's Fishing Pad #1 in Bluff City TN offers a picturesque retreat nestled along the tranquil South Holston River, renowned for its trout fishing and named one of the top 5 rivers by USA Today. This cozy waterfront unit features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The main bedroom boasts a queen bed, while the second bedroom provides 3 single beds, ideal for families or small groups. The nightly rate listed is "from" that price and up and up depending on season and other factors. Our nightly rate includes 2 guests, each additional guest is $40/night additional. (This is a very strict policy.) We do have security cameras on the Parking Area only of the property. We have a Cleaning Fee of $60 per stay in addition to nightly rate.

YouTube TV is provided for your convenience. 

Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the array of activities available, from roasting marshmallows over one of the two fire pits to engaging in a friendly game of Horseshoes. Firewood is provided for your convenience, ensuring memorable evenings under the stars.

For those who enjoy grilling, gas grill is available, perfect for cooking up the day's catch or your favorite barbecue recipes. With self-check-in and ample parking for boat trailers, convenience is paramount at Pappaw's Fishing Pad #1.

Escape to this charming retreat and create lasting memories surrounded by the beauty of nature and the tranquility of the South Holston River. Pad #1 is attached to Pad #2 with private Patio and Deck but common areas are shared.

November 1 - February 1 no fishing is allowed from the banks or in the water along South Holston River in front of Pad 1 and Pad 2  per TVA due to the spawning season between. Fishing on other parts of the South Holston River including Pad 4 and Pad 5 is allowed year round.
