To get the keys was at the main resort. No air conditioning but the rooms weren't bad. 2 places to eat in the town. Overall it's a nice half way point from edmonton to Vancouver. Beds were good as well.

The room was clean just a bit faded and some stains. Had a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and sink to do dishes. Everything worked as it should. No a/c but they had ceiling fans and a desk fan to help move air.

Clean. and Spacious. Unfortunately the TV did not work. And the blinds in one of the bedroom was missing a panel. Other than that the unit was fine. The office was not on the property. Directions on where to check on were not very clear.

It is the off season so, the restaurant was not open. Fortunately I phoned so I knew where to find the office. Both faucets delivered only hot water. Fortunately there was an ice cube tray where I made cubes to make the water cold. Room quite small, however clean. The face clothes were new. They should be prewashed as the colour bled.

The room was nice, but I don’t think I would stay here again. The staff that checks you in isn’t really connected to the motel. It’s from a helicopter company close to the motel. We accidentally left something behind. I have called several times about this. They don’t actually talk to the cleaning staff. They only send them a message. They keep telling me they haven’t heard back but promise to contact them again and call me back. But they never do. I’ve given up since they’re so disjointed and disorganized.

They have a sign fire alarm not working if tempered with in any of the rooms as they are tied together.Sleep well knowing that ! Sign to the cold water could scald you when first turned on ? It gets better. The pictures on the site are deceptive Please have look at what I included I did book last minute so I take the responsibility that I trusted Expedia's judgment allowing this on there site and didn’t review closely there was no air conditioning. Try not to slice your foot getting into bed by the baseboard heater Roughly 10 inches to shimmy allow the wall. It’s an old motel. I wasn’t expecting Didn’t say remote check until after booked Completely understand why they book it non refundable! If anyone would have been available or it not after 11pm by the time ai found the location where the key was. Maybe they have a better room? Tv not watchable from bed.Condition overall terrible The pictures

Our room at the motel was nice, two bedrooms and decent kitchen. Our tv didn't work... no satellite. After calling in (there is nothing to do much to do in Blue River) about the reception an employee came out to double check it (from the Lodge a few blocks away).... we were then moved to the lodge which was very nice. Great customer service. Still didn't get satellite tv but had a smart tv. The lodge is quite nice. The motel was nice enough... only complaint other than reception is that it's not clear that you must check in st the lodge a ways away... we directed two different parties to the lodge. One we gave the map we were given, the other put it on their GPS.... and they were parked right by the sign to go to the lodge but the sign is very inconspicuous.

You have to check in and get a key at a different location which is a bit inconvenient. Also, the rooms aren’t air conditioned. Gets very hot during the afternoon but fortunately the evenings are usually cool. If I had noticed that AC wasn’t listed in the room description, I would not have booked it.

You have to go checkin at a different facility, and then go to this motel and again have to go drop the key off at the other facility. The room was clean, bed was comfy, but you couldn't watch tv in bed. Tv was on top of the fridge and you had to sit at the table to watch. Not very comfortable after driving gor hours. No plug in by the bed to plug in and charge up your phone! Kitchen part was spotless and fridge as well.
