「This is a great spot for exploring Gettysburg. It is walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also a very short drive to the battlefield. It was very cool staying in a building that was original to the Civil War. You are basically staying in the attic because it is up two flights of stairs. We didn’t mind this at all but just a heads up if you struggle with steps. My only complaint is the bedroom with one bed can get very warm if you shut the door. The host does provide a...

「The house was much nicer than the pictures showed. They are in the process of remodeling and it was actually very nice. The host was unable to access Vrbo so he was not responsive to my messages. Vrbo put me in touch with him and he was on top of it from there. He was a good communicator once I got a hold of him. The place was much better than it looks in the pictures. The only down side was there are not nearly as many beds as listed. 」

「Pretty farm house! Although, there were some issues. The listing stated air conditioning. We only had air conditioning in the kitchen/living room . However, upstairs the bedrooms did not. For the bedroom, we had ceiling fans/windows, which the windows had to stay open and the house is on a busy street, which you hear the traffic .
