「I hit a deer on my way to the motel. So I couldn’t make it there. Expedia was awful!!!! Said I could not get a refund because I didn’t pay extra! I was 2 hours away I didn’t think I would hit a deer and not make it. Expedia no remorse. No care at all. I emailed downtown inn and within 10 mins they gave me a full refund!!!! I will be staying here every time I’m in Asheville from now on! Expedia….. I will not be using them unless it’s a last resort. 」

「Where do i start? Such a simple, easy, no-fus stay! i cannot brag more about the free, made to order breakfast; truly amazing! The private back porch, overlooking a beautiful, oeaceful creek! The staff is so friendly, and kind! I will be returning to this hotel every single time i come to gatlinburg from now on!!! 15 out of 10!!」
