I can’t say enough nice things about the staff - someone was available for late check-in as well as via text when I had questions. When we decided to extend our stay by a day due to the weather, adding an extra night was no trouble at all. We can’t wait to stay here again!"

"During our stay there was a big snow storm (14”!). The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests and make sure things ran as normal as possible. Many stayed all weekend at the hotel just to keep things running. It was a wonderful experience. This was our second stay in two years and has officially become our go-to resort in Gatlinburg! "
