"At check-in the card machine was not working properly. Staff was very kind and professional allowing us to check in and rest instead of waiting for the machine to be fixed. Even with that hiccup, our stay was exceptional. "

"This hotel is VERY welcoming. My sister [Heidi 8 in August] and I were both spoiled with delicious breakfast. Plus our servers Marissa and Traverse were very warm and welcoming. I recommend a raise. And one thing I love, [for I am a kid and do not like long drives] is that it is close to many restaurants' and this hotel serves its own meals. As for the room, our family had a suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed. We were comfortable. One thing that disappointed me very much was that the pool was closed and the front desk said it should be on the website and we checked the website 5 times and it said pool open. Only thing we couldn’t figure out is it looked like a previous customer left their personal shampoo/conditioner there and the hotel left it for our use. "
