HOUSE RULES

• No indoor smoking
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval.
• Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.
• No parties allowed.
• Small gatherings are subject to approval.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Please take care of your trash during your stay.
• Additional charges may be applied for excessive waste left in the property.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas, the laundry, and the outdoor entertaining space.

You’ll also have use of the parking for 3 cars and the private backyard, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors.

Guests do NOT have access to:
1. Shed in the backyard
2. Locked cupboards at the property
