Spectrum cable in the living room and bedroom also.  WiFi provided.  Mitsubishi mini split for heating and AC.  New 2 burner gas grill on open deck.  Walking distance to shops and restaurants (A highway crossing is necessary).

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire unit. This is an upper/lower level duplex. There is a downstairs unit to which you will have no access.

Getting Around:

You can walk to downtown if you don`t mind a little exercise. You can also drive. There is a free parking garage on Wallingford and Laurel Lane, a block or so off of Main Street.
