「Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions. There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.」

「This is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. It feels remote. There is no light pollution, nor is there any noise of traffic at night. The only noises were those of the birds and the creek, which were lovely. I felt that I was deep in the woods, yet the place is not very far from a grocery store and downtown. The ambiance of the cottage is soothing. My stay made for a wonderful retreat. I hope to return. 」

「If you like being by the water, this is it. It is nice for a small family or a couple. The place is tight but that is expected for a 2Br 1 bath. This is the bottom unit. There is an upstairs unit so be ready for people walking upstairs.Things to be ready for:1. Make sure you ask for the hard key. Their electronic lock did not work for us. The battery died. 2. Communication with the host was OK. It was unfortunate for us the host was on vaca so the communication was not the best but we did resolved...

「The house was absolutely charming. It may need a little paint on the outside around the side entrance, but other than that, the interior decor was classy and of great taste. Everything worked in perfect order. The owner responded to any questions within minutes. The neighborhood feels very safe and friendly. Overall, this was an absolutely fabulous experience. I highly recommend it for a couple or a small family.」
