「Unit is modern and clean. Host is very responsive, provided everything I needed, and very helpful with any issues. Easy check in process. Amenities like gym in building closes at night. Can get a bit noisy inside unit with sirens outside, loud cars, and neighbor next door doing construction. Hot water sometimes goes off and elevator doesn't work if there's a power outage. Visitor parking is limited in building and not always available. Overall good place to stay and host is very kind. 」

「Positives: Property was exactly as shown in the images. massive one bedroom apartment with functional kitchen, island bench and large living area. Location is perfect, close to sporting arenas, theatres, King West and Queen West shopping and entertainment. The property manager, Juan, was very responsive and easy to deal with.
Negatives: Only negative is the blinds in the bedroom for some reason are not full length, making it hard to sleep without an eye mask.」
