The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Fully renovated entire first floor unit. A luxurious feel with a complete renovation all while leaving some elements of the classic original design of the home. Enjoy the spacious rooms and ceilings throughout. Fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances and amenities which includes a fully stocked coffee bar. Two bedrooms with each having king sized beds.

The apartment was super clean & it is a beautifully restored house in a nice part of town. The host was really easy to communicate with, responded quickly & was flexible enough to let us check in early which I really appreciated. The bed was comfortable, the furniture was nice & the kitchen was well equipped. Check in was super easy w a coded lock! We will most definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

This is the second time we have stayed here as we loved it the first time. We love how clean the place always is. Fully equipped kitchen, which is absolutely beautiful by the way! The house is convenient to anywhere we need to go. As I said the last time, we will always stay here when we go up home to visit family!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. So clean with a touch of modern and old world. Very beautiful place! Greg was always very responsive when I had questions. My 87 year old Mom and I went to Bloomington to visit family. We wanted a place where we each had a bedroom and we could also relax in. We will book Greg's place every time we go up home!

Easy in and out appreciated. Beautiful property with original woodwork, fireplaces and heirloom antiques accented by tasteful contemporary updates- perfect!The ONLY thing we would suggest is adding a dimmer to the ceiling lights or table lamp in the tv area.

We really enjoyed the property. Parking was easily accessible behind the property with the entrance right there. The property was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was quick and satisfactory. We ate at the restaurant next door and highly recommend. We would stay here again.

Very happy with this apartment

The apartment was so clean and the hosts were very accommodating. The host messaged me right after we got here to make sure we were happy upon arrival. The stay was really great, and I will definitely be checking back if I ever need to stay in Bloomington again.

We loved our stay here! It was beautifully furnished, perfectly clean, peaceful and everything was made easy -check in & out, directions for how to leave things. It was so close to the Castle theater for the event we traveled to the area for that we just walked! would definitely stay again! was great!
