"We enjoyed our stay overall.The inside of the house looks exactly like the pictures. Cozy with cool decor and fun additions like a foosball table, chess and board games. The water gets nice and hot and the house is nicely air conditioned. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet. Its fairly local to shopping, Busch Gardens, Beaches, Riverwalk, Aquariums, Food and much more. Its odd, there's only 1 TV in the entire house with 4 bedrooms. Me, my hubby and the girls had to take turns choosing what to watch when we were at the house. Unsure if they offer military discount. I messaged the owner about a week prior to booking but they never replied. As a matter of fact, I finally had to message the owner again the day before the trip because I hadn't received any communication with details about my stay (Like how to get in, wifi details and checkout requirements. On day 3 of our stay, we finally found a board with the wifi information in a corner in the laundry room. I think that a welcome email of some sort would be a better experience.) Overall, this was a good experience and I would definitely stay with this host again. "

"The room was EXACTLY as it looks in the ad. It was impeccably clean and amazingly designed. The location was very good just a few minutes from the main roads leading to a variety of eateries, attractions and the very popular PUBLIX. Diana responded quickly to any questions that I had.The Serenity Villa is a beautiful, quiet, and safe place to stay in Florida. I give it 5 stars all the way."

"There was absolutely no amenities like toilet paper, paper towels or even any hand soap for the bathrooms. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and on the walls of one of the bathrooms. It was not listed clearly that the owners would be staying ON PROPERTY. They were staying in a garage area that is separated by a door that thankfully locked from our side. The owner was communicative but he was around way too much. He kept knocking on our door to give us things like trash bags but it was annoying and weird. There was also a pigeon (I repeat, PIGEON) coop next door. And all of the pigeons kept flying into the backyard it was weird. Things were also just falling apart in general "

"The house was clean and had the wonderful game room. Beds were comfortable. Lots of areas to hang out. Didnt get to enjoy the pool as it was cooler out. Host was very responsive. Neighborhood was very nice."

"We enjoyed the property. Wish we could have used the pool but too cold at this time of year (March). Property is well maintained. Didn't realize it was on a busy road but didn't bother us sleeping. It was close to the activities we were doing."
