"Good"

"I stayed for a few days in wintry January. The room (facing Pownal, 3rd floor) was a clean and cozy refuge from the weather. There was a thermostat I could adjust when it was especially cold and windy outside. The staff were all lovely and every morning I enjoyed complementary coffee available downstairs. There are single-use cups available, however, I brought my own thermos which I took to my room and sat back to enjoy the beautiful morning sky from the window. I highly recommend going to Receiver Cafe located near the Inn - they have amazing baked goods (croissants; cookies; homemade pop tarts, etc), and Ada on Kent St. where I had a delicious sandwich and their famous donut. Their food items are “grab n’ go” so I popped over to the Charlottetown library nearby and ate my sandwich in the lounge by the cafe kiosk inside by the entrance. Great amenities nearby (post office; Shopper’s Drug Mart, etc) and the Confederation Art Gallery and Museum is great too! Would definitely stay at Dundee Arms again. "

"The Great George has been one of our favourite places to stay in Charlottetown. The rooms and common areas are warm, clean, and stylish. The staff is friendly and attentive, The location is central to the shops, restaurants, and events. We highly recommend it. "
