「We really enjoyed our stay and the check-in/out process was easy. The location, decor, and parking were great. We were very grateful there wasn’t a list of cleaning or chores to do before we left. I don’t know if this is the best property for elderly people. The stairs are hard to navigate and don’t have a bannister all the way up, the rugs and thresholds between rooms are tripping hazards, the floors slant, and the level of the bottom of the tub is lower than then floor. 「I had wondered about the amenities. the coffee pot was not cleaned , actually had mold in it , and the carpet was lifting at one corner, where i kept tripping on it. I certainly appreciated the rest ! As it was during the turkey holiday and easy to find through downtown Hartford 」

「Once we found the house it was very warm & cozy. The mini- muffins on the counter was a bonus. House mailbox was 87 but address was 89 that you only see if door is closed which it wasn't on 1st 2 passes. Limited exterior lights made coming back at night a challenge. 」

「Great place downtown Hartford! Clean and quiet and minutes from everything! My only issue was that it claims to be fully furnished but there is no iron or steamer. Guests are often traveling in for events so having that on hand is essential. Other than that all was wonderful!」

「Blake needed to provide the entry information in a timely manner; we spent over an hour trying to reach him to get access to the property.the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the towels were harsh and small.The location was exactly what I needed and was convenient for my stay.TV choices were very limited and couldn't get my Netflix to log onto the tv. so i just watched youtube.」
