On the second floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200), bathroom (bathtub), WC.
On the third floor: 1 additional bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200), WC, and sink.
No outdoor space. Free parking spaces 50m away, paid parking nearby. Secure bicycle storage available upon request.
Wi-Fi. Non-smoking accommodation. Crib and high chair available upon request. Newly equipped (06/2025), high chair, and crib for parents to install at their convenience. Welcome to your gîte "La Maison du Bourg Neuf," a superb triplex ideally located in the heart of the city of Blois, on the hillside of the Loire (the royal river). The train station is a 15-minute walk away, and you'll find a bike path in front of the house. You can easily get around Blois on foot or by public transport, and discover the city's architectural heritage, its Royal Château, the Maison de la Magie, the Maison de la Comics, and remarkable gardens (rose garden, bishop's gardens, etc.). For bike enthusiasts, Blois is a popular stop on the "Loire à Vélo" and "Châteaux de la Loire à Vélo" circuits. You're also in the heart of the Loire Valley châteaux (Cheverny, Chambord, Amboise, etc.) and an hour from the superb Beauval ZooParc.

Un bon moment au cœur de Blois

Nous avons été accueillis très gentiment par Monsieur Royer. La maison de ville est très agréable, parfaitement aménagée et rien ne manque Toute une documentation touristique nous attendait sans oublier les compléments au quotidien très amicaux d’Henry
