"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. Great place and would 100% return. "

Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. "When we entered our room it smelled damp and was unbearably hot, with little air despite the windows being open and a desk fan on full blast. There was an air conditioning unit in the room but it was broken. We were told we had to prebook aircon. We were given another room after complaining which was in a cooler wing and were supplied an additional fan. This room also had an air conditioning unit but it was not working. We managed to sleep okay with open windows and additional fans but were not overly impressed regarding the explanation over aircon availability. Unlikely to book again."
