The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. "What a wonderful villa with a pool and jacuzzi tub.The host was extremely easy to communicate with and was very gracious. Extremely clean, with great bedding, towels and amenities. Kichen was well stocked with a bbq grill outside near tge fabulous pool.Great area near shopping, restraunts and bars. And close to amazing sites.A must do. "This place is super clean in lovely area, they left a little snak's box and drinks as well as fruits to welcome us! Property owner was very nice and helpful we had a car breakdown he called road side assistant he stayed with us until it got resolved as the customer service couldn't speak English!"

"A very interesting holiday. Sibilla the owner welcomed us with a nice lasagna and local wine. The house is quite spacious, comfortable and functional. Appropriate for a family. The kitchen is equipped with every kitchenware to cook as if someone feels being at home. A very functional kitchen. "The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. Paulo the owner is a great host."

"the place is very clean,quiet .great place for family stay.good customer service.the reception lady will happily answer all your queries. it's a bit far from tourist area. Metro station is 2min walk which is a plus.it's at least 30 minutes from the center so plan accordingly .i think not many good restaurants around the place if you are picky eater . i will stay there if i visit the area again.great hospitality and family -friendly "
