Nestled amongst a small operational vineyard just 7 minutes from town in the lower Wairau region lies this unique 2 bedroom home. What makes this property unique is the English barn style look and quality of the build, built by your host. Located near by is the local rowing club with a small boat ramp convenient for water skiing, jet skiing and kayaking. Loved The Wine Country

The stay in this house was very nice. It’s very peaceful in the vineyards. We were comfortable here. We enjoyed hiking around the area and doing a wine/bike tour with an added bike trip on Northbank Road.

Lovely home, immaculate with many amenities and wonderful quiet, scenic location. Kitchen a bit quirky with sink in the attached bathroom but you get used to it, and we cooked our meals and did just fine with the arrangement.Lovely, generous hosts.

Serene location nestled in the vineyard

This was our home base for 4 days of exploring the area. Wine tour picked us up at your driveway and dropped off on Jones road. We made a journey to Kaikōura trekked around at the seal colony with a stop at a great food truck. Ended with a Picton tour, great.
