「Brandlehow is the perfect place to relax and refuel. The location is superb, nestled in the woodlands and on the shores of Derwentwater. Most days began with a coffee overlooking the lake, watching the sunrise and the cloud disperse. Beautiful walks from the doorstep and of course a lot of kayaking right from the door. 「Lovely cottage and location . We ended up staying an extra night as no one was booked in . Only minor fault was stuff in the welcome pack and cupboards was out well of date so we never got to use the coffee machine .

「The house is kept beautifully clean. Views from it are mind blowingly fabulous. Needs more hanging space in the bathroom and unfortunately there was a smashed window covered in cardboard in the front hall that I was not informed about. Other than that, just a beautiful home from home and an incredible team at Keswick Cottages!! If you’re thinking about booking with them…just book…right now!!」

「The lords seat was a lovely place to stay, very comfortable and clean. Great location with amazing views. Nice to have the extras like the dvds and games.
