Orchard Villa in Bled offers three fully renovated, comfortable, and high-quality apartments just 800 meters from the famous Lake Bled. Positioned in an idyllic location near local amenities, lively bars, and Bled’s finest restaurants, the villa features two spacious, bright apartments and a cozy ground-floor studio, providing excellent self-catering accommodation for groups ranging from 2 to 13 guests.
The property includes six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, a kitchenette, two living rooms, dining areas, two large balconies, and a terrace with a spacious garden offering outdoor seating, barbecue facilities, and beautiful views of the surrounding hills and Bled Castle.
The garden is accessible from the spacious Garden Apartment, located on a high ground floor. It offers two double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, a smaller room with a bunk bed, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with a dining area and garden access.
The ground-floor studio features a double bedroom, a kitchenette with a dining table, and a bathroom with a shower, accommodating two guests. Meanwhile, the loft apartment offers two double bedrooms with a balcony, one with an additional single bed. It also features a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a bright living room with a kitchen, dining area, and access to the balcony.

Discounts:
* Multiple week discount: 5% on stays 7-14 days, 10% on stays 14-21 days , 15% on stays 21-28 days, 20% on stays 28-42 days, 25% on stays 42 days+
* One discount of highest value is applicable per booking

Supplements:
* Cleaning fee
* Tourist tax is calculated based on valid regulations at the time of booking. If local regulations on tourist tax change between booking and arrival, the amount which is correct at the time of arrival will be chargeable.

Pricing notes:
* 20% deposit payable on reservation, 80% payable 2 weeks before arrival.

Great house in a perfect location. We had a large group and there was room for everyone to come together or have their own space.The only thing lacking was a dryer.
