「This apartment was perfect for our family! Subway station is super close and convenient. Safe, quiet, and nice neighborhood and close to downtown (10-15 min by train). Our family was very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped, beds were super cozy and washer and dryer. Host was incredibly friendly and communicated from the start all the details. They were so kind to let us drop our luggage a bit early! My family kept saying how a great place it was! Thank you for a lovely stay. 」

「We visited New York for a few days to see some shows on Broadway and experience the city. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup. 「This was an unregistered listing in violation of New York Law. Both the property management team and VRBO are violating the law. Neighbors informed us they would be calling the police. In addition the apartment door was plastered with violation notices. The external door key also was not functioning. I have asked for a refund. Terrible experience.」
