As the plot is approx. 40,000 m² in size and the nearest neighbour is around 500 m away, you can enjoy absolute privacy and tranquillity here. After crossing the local roads, you can use the entire property right down to the sea. A small path leads to the sea and a swimming area surrounded by pine trees. This is an ideal place for fishing, where fishing competitions are organised every year from the coast. If you are interested, you have the option of fishing from a boat or going on excursions to the nearby islands of Hvar and Sedro.
