「We enjoyed our stay and Marco was a terrific host. He provided lots of information and recommendations for an easy stay. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, walkable and only 10 short minutes to downtown by car or 7-minutes to Sky Lagoon or the beach. I would recommend and stay here again. The rental is up one flight of stairs to the main level. The ground level is a separate apartment and the rental listing is for the upper two floors and requires 14-stairs to access. 」

「Photos can not capture the beautiful scenery at the villa. You are surrounded by nature and the view of the Northern Lights surrounds the area when they are dancing. Our teens, young adults, middle-aged, and senior family members were all able to enjoy the spacious layout. Travel to local sights is easy and worth it in order to be in the tranquil quiet by the lake. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are wonderful hosts.」

「Great stay! My husband and I were traveling with our adult son and girlfriend, and had plenty of room. The back deck with the hot tub was great. Location for us worked out perfectly as we visited Stokkur Geysir and Gullfoss to the North and Kerid Crater to the South. We walked down to Restaurant Mika and the wine bar at Friðheimar for our 2 dinners which were delightful. Also the coffee machine was a huge hit for us.
