"Their was no running warm water , asked for them to help fix it multiple times and nobody helped Only 1 Chanel on the tv worked and you couldn’t see anything The screens on the balcony are broken so bugs and insects get in"

"We only had an afternoon and an morning to be able to visit the falls due to a very busy schedule but we couldn't leave Brasil without visiting the world famous Iguazu Falls (I am a photographer, and my wife needed a rest from an intense meeting schedule. The access to the falls of the hotel is superb. The staff of hotel attentive and hotel itself lovely with view and artwork on wall. Pool is cold!!!! but great spa to warm up with. Only negative is the sound of helicopters on tour and that is beyond hotel's control. "

"The food and staff were fantastic. The room overall was really pretty. The bathroom is a little outdated and has some wear and tear. Overall, I would stay here again. The AC worked great, which is super important for this type of weather. The town center is a 10 minute drive and the water falls (Argentinian side) is about 25 minutes. Brazil side is about 50 minutes away. My recommendation: gets Ubers. Taxis are more expensive and the uber drivers are really nice. We stuck to the same uber driver who picked us up at the airport. Highly recommend Beto (+54 9 3757 60-7828). You can reach him through WhatsApp. He was born and raised in Iguazú and knows everything there is to do. He’s an honest man and extremely nice. He knows Spanish and Portuguese, but I’m sure he will make it work if you only know English. "

"Everything great! Lovely stay. Hiking & Bonfire activity was fun. Breakfast delicious. Don’t skip having dinner at the restaurant too. Took one point off only for bathroom, could be better. Otherwise overall memorable stay. They connected me to transfer service whom we ended up using for entire stay. Highly recommend Overo!"

"Nos encanto el ambiente de la instalation. Los muchachos del front desk fueron muy amables y complacientes. El chico a cargo de atender las habitaciones fue muy efficient. Creo que volveremos a vernos en una future visita. Gracias y mantengan ese status."

"For the price, there are far better options nearby. The dinner and breakfast were horrible, plain noodles or half-cooked chicken. The dinner gave me food poisoning and I was vomiting all night. Also, the sheets and pillows feel like the ones they give out on airplanes. The staff are friendly and the property is generally clean but the hotel felt very overpriced for the quality."
