"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. "Villa Ingeborg is a true gem. We didn't expect such a nice villa/hotel in Fürstenberg - a village in the countryside. The large house is fully remodelled, and looks like it was recently done. The hostess is super friendly and welcoming. She greeted us immedeately on our entry into her villa. Yes, she lives there. Our room on the top floor was spotless. The bed comfortable and the sheets superb. Private shower with toiletries. And the included breakfast! Wholly makarel. Soo good and plentiful....

Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte. Our room (the Belvedere) was spacious—bedroom with sitting area, bathroom, living room with sitting area. The delicious breakfast was multiple courses and served on authentic heirloom quality dishes.
