70 Ponderosa (Peace on the Pond) features wonderful finishes, décor and bedding.  The well-stocked, modern kitchen comes appointed with newer cabinets, appliances and counter tops. 



 



You`ll find welcoming touches of local history and art in this immaculate and restful home; it will be everything you are looking for in a vacation and rental!

Guest Access:

Guests will have use of the entire home, the deck, the property and the garage.



When you reserve this home, you will also have access to a private pool, located approximately a half mile from the home! This pool is only available for guests who reserve with our company. The pool is located in the Plumas Pines neighborhood. (Fireplace not available for guest use during summer peak vacation rental season)



The Neighborhood:

Our neighborhood of Plumas Pines is close to the charming village of Graeagle, California. Just 3 miles down the hill are shops, restaurants and fun activities. You can walk to the Middle Fork of the Feather River from this home and there are easy hiking and biking trails within just one mile of this home.



Getting Around:

There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails within easy distance of this home.



Other Things to Note:

You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes.3 night minimum during holidays.  4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year. -



Interaction with Guests:
