気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度
Tired hotel
Having stayed here some years ago and Stopped in over the years the coffee we were looking forward to our stay in what is a beautiful area.
The hotel has obviously changed hands and now employs overseas workers who, although they are willing to serve struggle with english and so every request is difficult.
The hotel does not seem to have been cared for and needs some redecoration and simply diy e.g broken window blinds in dining room.
The bed was very uncomfortable (you could feel the springs). The pillows thin.
The food was ok but no bar meals, as on the website)
this seems to now be geared for coach parties: 2 and perhaps 3 othr couples in high season. This meant we felt a little secondary e.g breakfast food heater for porridge was turned off when tney had finished - 1/2 an hour before breakfast finished and staff clearing dining room.
Finally, on checkout no "thank you for staying, hope to see you again" or any other parting words
we'll find another option next time we visit glenshee
