"Super nice people and a cool place to go. The rooms and facilities vary and it felt like a room at someone’s house. It was very comfy I highly recommend it but it’s not fancy and not for everyone if you want new beds and good amenities. Definitely use the mineral baths. I wish they had a little cafe, there aren’t too many good places to eat in the downtown area, I was craving eggs and a decent salad but there is a good pizza place, bbq place and a good New Mexican restaurant) and downtown is under construction (but doesn’t affect the property). T or C brewing is a fun place to hang out and their beer is decent but they don’t have food (their barleywine was excellent and it’s not a style I usually like) "

"This is a nicely appointed old house on a quiet street. Nothing fancy or high-tech but it had everything we were looking for. The private backyard with large soaking tub was very comfortable and the perfect temperature for rejuvenating soaks!Walking distance to groceries, brewery, coffee shop, art studios, etc…. Good communication with the host and overall a great value for the money. "

"Very clean, Ava the Avion was an incredible weekend getaway. The location of the glamp cap is 2 min drive from the hottest hot springs of T or C. Even when we got cold very late, Ken was an amazing host and got us extra blankets. Will definitely be coming back to try out every trailer and rv! "
