「While the resort had a beautiful setting & a great spa, we found the staff not friendly & they seemed under staffed. The room wasn't ready until exactly 4:00 & the room itself was very hot even with a fan. Not worth it for the price」

「It was a beautiful location. The cottages are well equipped. There was a bit of a musty smell. I think that could have been the carpets in the bedrooms and sitting area. Wooden floors would be more hygienic. Having the hotel so close was the effect for the leisure centre and bar! A great weekend all considered and I will be back!」

We paid full price for an upgrade to a superior room but was then asked to pay a further £30 for breakfast even though all the superior room are breakfast included on the website. Parking would normally be good but on the Saturday night, the local GAA team were playing and the car park and surrounding streets were rammed.
